Physical Products

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, please send your item back to the above address using a shipping company of your choice. Unfortunately, we do not refund the cost of shipping.

Once the item is received, we will inspect the product, and you will be notified if the return has been approved or not. If the return is approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Digital Products

Digital Products cannot be cancelled once they have been downloaded. By purchasing a Digital Product, you waive the right to cancel the purchase within the usual 14-day cancellation period, whether under regulation 29(1) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 in the UK or any other applicable legislation in other jurisdictions.
Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a purchase, please return the original item, and once the return is accepted, make a purchase of the correct item.

As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it and within the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
